Information is collected at the time of booking to allow us to provide the products and services you have asked for and only with the objective of providing the product or service requested – unless you have consented specifically that you would like to receive further information from us.

Information collected consists of your contact information, payment details and sometimes more sensitive information eg – if you have any dietary requirements. Whilst in the hotel we will also collect CCTV footage of guests in the areas covered by CCTV.

If you provide information to us concerning other guests you will need to ensure that you have their permission to do so.
We also collect your personal information when it is provided to us by third parties eg travel agents. Please check their privacy policies as they will use your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Our website may from time to time contain information about other websites which are outside of our control and are not covered by this Policy. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for other sites’ privacy policies.
We protect your personal information by having a secure system in place. We have security safeguards in place against theft, loss or unauthorised access. Your information may be transferred to a reputable cloud-based service provider who store this on our behalf.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary and while there is a legitimate business reason for doing us. If you ask us to delete your information before this time we may not be able to do so for legal or regulatory constraints. Your information will be disclosed where we are obliged by law to do so and where we are allowed by law to protect or enforce our rights or the rights of others and for the detection and prevention of crime eg fraud.
If you choose to make use of, or log-in to any of our social media sites we may (depending on your privacy settings) access, use and store information about you which you have chosen to make available on social media. Please refer to your social media providers privacy policy and ensure you have the correct privacy settings on your social media.

If you post offensive or inappropriate content on any of our social media we may use the personal information provided by you to stop such behaviour. This may involve informing relevant third parties and law enforcement about the content posted.

If you have any concerns or complaints about our use of your information we would ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint.
